Growing up I was big into skateboarding, but I haven't ridden in years. But over the past month, I was thinking of buying a new board and rekindling my days of yester year.
A close friend of mine mentioned she saw some kids riding flexible skateboards (casterboards) in her neighborhood, and they let her try one out. The kids didn't know where their mother had purchased the casterboards, but my friend chanced upon them at the Stadium sports store inside KLCC.
So last Monday I went back to the store with her to check them out; only four left. So we each bought a board on the spot (RM159 - 10%). The Malaysian 'Super Sale' is on; I had to take advantage.
Now that I have spontaneously entered the world of casterboarding, I figured I needed the delinquent advice of teenagers to show me how to ride this thing. Although the guy narrating the video looks like he is in his late twenties - early thirties.
